International Business Centre Victoria was commissioned for operation in 2008. IBC Victoria has a unique location in the historic centre of Vyborg with a panoramic view on the Salakalakhty Bay and Vyborg castle. In 2014, International Business Centre Victoria became part of Nonprofit Partnership of Design and Construction Group Vozrozhdenie.
